Welcome to the commission service of A. Rey Artistry. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms below. I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason. I will only begin work after a full understanding of the project and once payment has been processed.Communication: All formal project communication must occur through the agreed platform. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork "as is."Conduct: Any abusive, aggressive, or harassing behavior will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.AI/NFT Prohibited: My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.RESTRICTIONS (Will Not Draw)
I reserve the right to decline any commission request that falls into categories I am uncomfortable drawing or which exceed my technical capabilities. The following subjects are strictly prohibited:Gore/Extreme Violence (Includes detailed body horror or realistic dismemberment).Mecha/Complex Robotics (Highly detailed mechanical designs).Hate Speech & Slander (Imagery promoting discrimination or defamation).Trademarks & IP Infringement (Artwork intended for commercial use that infringes on third-party copyrights).May, May not do depending on personal situation in life or may take longer to do:

Main commissions are invoiced and processed through the VGen platform (or agreed platform). General commissions such as pets and couple portraits, wonky sillies are processed through Lemon Squeezy to make it available to general public.Full Upfront Payment: I require 100% of the total quoted price to be paid upfront before any work begins.Proposal Expiration: Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or they will be declined.Complexity Fee: A fee between $10–$100 applies to all commissions based on detail.NDA Fee ($100): Applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my portfolio.Invoicing: Payment is expected within 48 hours of the invoice being sent to secure your slot.REVISIONS

Revisions are handled strictly during the sketch phase to ensure a smooth workflow:Included Revisions: You receive 2 free revisions at the sketch stage only.Charged Revisions: Additional revisions cost $15 each, paid before I continue.Final Approval: Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made.Artist Errors: Mistakes I make (missing a provided detail) will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Estimated Timeline: Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, or personal matters. I will keep you updated if delays occur.Priority/Rush Fee: To skip the queue, the fee is $10 USD. You must state in your request that you wish for a Rush Fee.Delivery Format: Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution file. Source files (.PSD) are not included.USE (Commercial vs. Personal)
The final price determines the usage rights granted:Personal Use: The default price grants Personal Use only. This includes profile pictures, banners, or printing for yourself. You may post on Socials with credit to @Abortius.Commercial Use: Must be agreed upon prior to use. If purchased after a commission, the prices are:Streamer Commercial Use: $25 USDMerchandise Commercial Use: $60 USDProhibitions: You may not claim the artwork as your own, remove signatures/watermarks, or modify the artwork without consent.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership.Artist’s Rights: I may use the artwork to promote my services, post to social media, or create prints (fanart only), unless an NDA Fee was purchased.Client’s Rights: You receive usage rights defined in the USE section.Prohibited Usage: No part of the artwork may be used to train AI models or be associated with NFT/Cryptocurrency projects.REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Strict No-Refund Policy: Once payment is received, refunds are not available as the slot has been committed.Artist Cancellation: If I must cancel for any reason, a full refund will be issued.Chargebacks: Strictly prohibited. Filing a chargeback will:Forfeit all rights to use the artwork.Place you on a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.BLACKLIST POLICY
Breaking these rules, including unauthorized commercial use, AI/NFT usage, or chargebacks, will result in a permanent public blacklist that may be shared with the wider artist community.
